RAC is dedicated to providing students with an exceptional educational experience. They recognized the significance of understanding the student journey and experience. As part of their commitment to providing a good customer experience, RAC (division ad Ondernemen) engaged CX Unraveled to find out where in the journey most improvement was needed for their students.
Icelandair
Icelandair serves as the national airline of Iceland, offering seamless and enjoyable journeys to, from, via, and within the stunning landscapes of Iceland. CX Unraveled supported Icelandair with various trainings and coaching to improve the CX knowledge and skills of the Customer Experience team. And recognizing the importance of delivering a consistent and distinctive customer experience, Icelandair asked CX Unraveled to help in setting a CX strategy. This strategy consists of a customer ambition and the desired experience that Icelandair wants to deliver to its customers.
PGGM
PGGM is a not-for-profit cooperative pension fund service provider. They offer their clients pension management, asset management and management advice. PGGM collaborated with CX Unraveled to conduct a comprehensive design sprint, aimed at enhancing the welcome journey for new PFZW members, making it more engaging and informative.
CZ
CZ stands as one of the leading healthcare insurance providers in The Netherlands, catering to a customer base of 3.6 million individuals. While CZ serves a significant customer base, a substantial portion of its customers do not actively utilize healthcare services, resulting in relatively low engagement levels. To address this challenge and foster stronger connections between CZ and these non-healthcare users, CX Unraveled initiated and facilitated a comprehensive service design program.
