  • Open Customer Experience Masterclass: CX Unraveled gives one of our existing open customer experience masterclasses at your company.
  • Customized: CX Unraveled creates a new customer experience training or series of trainings for your specific needs.
  • Train the Trainer: CX Unraveled trains your employees on giving a (standard or customized) customer experience training.

In the case of customization, we develop a tailor-made training, with cases and assignments that fit your specific practice. And we can work within the training on your existing challenges.

Our way of working

As with all our training we will work in a very interactive way, using best in class examples, practical tools and exercises to safeguard concrete application within your company. 

The Masterclasses are always followed by a coaching session with your core CX team to make sure learnings can be translated into practice. This way you can be sure that your employees can really work with their new knowledge and are able to solve new challenges independently from now on. 

Training and sessions can take place online or at your location. We can even get together offsite, in an inspiring environment for your team and take care of all logistics and catering. In any case, we will always take care of the customized training material and needed tooling.
