This DeepDive Masterclass is set up to enable you to create a draft version of your company’s CX Strategy and desired Customer Experience. However, if your learning preference is to work with hands-on demonstrations, or to work on the CX Strategy of another well-known company, we can tailor the program for your needs. We will briefly dive into the what & why of a CX Strategy, before sharing the process of creating a CX Strategy with you. You will then work together with your other team members in creating or refreshing the CX strategy and defining your desired Customer Experience. We don’t leave it at that – we will also brainstorm on initiatives you could take to create your desired Customer Experience and discuss next steps which need to be taken after you have finalized. Last but not least, we will inspire you with plenty of real-life examples in B2C, B2B and government context. Be prepared for an interactive session!

This online masterclass will be held on Zoom
The following cancellation conditions are applicable for our Open CX Unraveled Online Masterclass registrations:
- You can cancel free of charge up to two months before the start of the CX Masterclass you have registered for. If you cancel between two months and one month before the start of the CX Masterclass you have registered for, we will charge you 50% of the price. If you cancel less than one month before the start of the CX Masterclass you have registered for, we charge the full CX Masterclass price.
- Delegating a replacement participant instead of cancellation is possible in consultation with us.
- Postponing your participation to the next upcoming CX Masterclass is possible with 1 week notice at an additional cost of 100 Euro
- If you do not appear in the online masterclass we will mark this as a cancellation.
- If you book the Full Monty Package and are unable to attend one of the Masterclasses in the series you have the possibility to postpone within 1 week notice of this CX Masterclass at an additional cost of 100 Euro. If you fail to postpone the full course fee will remain due and the hours missed will lapse.
- CX Unraveled is free to determine which trainers will give the Masterclass.
- Should a full cancellation of a Masterclass occur from our side, all participants are informed as soon as possible and eligible to choose a seat in, or delegate a replacement for one of the later scheduled Masterclasses at no extra cost or ask for a refund.
- To get maximum results out of the masterclass we work with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 15 participants. If we have less than 4 participants for a masterclass we will cancel this, and give you the choice to reschedule to a next available date or give you a refund
