How long do we keep your personal information?

CX Unraveled keeps your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data are collected. If you have registered for a download, newsletter or masterclass you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link under every mail. Once you have unsubscribed you will be completely removed from our database. In addition, it is possible to contact us at any time to request manual removal.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting your personal information

You have the right to view, adjust or delete your personal information. You can do this yourself via the personal setting in your account on You also have the right to withdraw your permission for usage of your personal information or to object to the usage of your personal information by our company. Furthermore you have the right to data portability. In the case of data portability, please send us a request to send your personal information to you, or a third party designated by you, via a computer file.
